Luis Avila-Marco

Mr. Avila-Marco served until December 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Cox Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with investments in the broadband, automotive and media industries where he directed Cox’s corporate strategy and inorganic growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, business development and venture investments. Prior to that, Mr. Avila-Marco served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Juniper Networks, Inc., from 2008 to 2014 where he led all activities related to defining, communicating, and implementing corporate strategy. From 1994 to 2008, Mr. Avila-Marco served in multiple leadership roles for Scientific-Atlanta, a Cisco company, including Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Director of Strategic Marketing and Corporate Development and Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning.

Jennifer M. Fritzsche

Ms. Fritzsche is currently a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co. and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Canopy Spectrum, LLC until April 2021. Ms. Fritzsche has been a Senior Industry and Innovation Fellow at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business since October 2019. She formerly served as a managing director and Senior Equity Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities (and its predecessor firms) from 1995 to 2020. During her career at Wells Fargo, Ms. Fritzsche served in multiple leadership and management roles, including as a Vice President and subsequently as a Managing Director of the Equity Research Group covering the telecommunications/cable services and communications infrastructure industries.

Philip R. Gallagher

Mr. Gallagher currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Avnet, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVT) (“Avnet”), a Fortune 500 global technology distributor and solutions provider. Beginning his career with Avnet in 1982, Gallagher has held key executive leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations. He previously served as global president of Electronic Components from 2017 to 2020, where he was responsible for leading the company’s broadline components distribution business worldwide. Mr. Gallagher led two former operating groups for the company, Avnet Technology Solutions and Avnet Electronic Marketing Americas, from 2004 to 2014. He left the Company in 2014, and served as President, Americas Sales and Marketing, at TTI, a leading authorized distributor of interconnect, passive, electromechanical and discrete components, from 2016 to 2017. He rejoined the Company in May 2017. Mr. Gallagher holds a B.B.A. from Drexel University.

Eitan Gertel

Mr. Gertel served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Finisar Corporation from 2008 to 2015 as a result of the completion of the merger between Finisar and Optium Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Gertel served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Optium from 2004 to 2008 and as the President and a director of Optium from 2001 to 2004. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Gertel served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the former transmission systems division of JDS Uniphase Corporation, a provider of broadband test and management solutions and optical products. Mr. Gertel currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Opsys Technologies and as a member of the Board of Cylite Pty Ltd, each a privately held company. He joined the Board of each Company in 2016.

Stephen O. LeClair

Mr. LeClair previously served as the Executive Chair and Chair of the Board of Core & Main, Inc., a leading specialty distributor with a focus on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services. Mr. LeClair served as the Chair of the Board of Core & Main beginning in 2024 and then as the Executive Chair of Core & Main from 2025 until April 1, 2026. Prior to that, Mr. LeClair served as Core & Main’s Chief Executive Officer from August 2017 to March 2025. He also served as president of HD Supply Waterworks (“HD Supply”) and as president of HD Supply Lumber and Building Materials until its divestiture to ProBuild Holdings in 2008. Mr. LeClair joined HD Supply in 2005 as senior director of operations and served as HD Supply’s Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2011 and as its President from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of General Electric (GE) Equipment Services. He held progressively responsible roles at GE Appliances and Power Generation in distribution, manufacturing and sales.

Daniel S. Peyovich

Daniel S. Peyovich has been the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Peyovich was the Company’s President since October 2024, its President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2024 to October 2024, and the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2021 to June 2024. Upon joining the Company in January 2021 until May 2021, he was the Company’s Executive Vice President of Operations. Before joining the Company in January 2021, Mr. Peyovich spent 21 years in various leadership and management roles at Balfour Beatty Construction, including serving as President of its Northwest Division from 2014 to 2021.

Peter T. Pruitt, Jr.

Mr. Pruitt, a Certified Public Accountant, retired as a Senior Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP and had been an auditor with Deloitte for 41 years. During his career at Deloitte, Mr. Pruitt has served in multiple firm-level leadership roles and most recently served as Deloitte’s Office Managing Partner for Florida and Puerto Rico.

Carmen M. Sabater

Ms. Sabater is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Quirch Foods Parent, LLC (“Quirch”), a national food distribution company with a portfolio of owned brands. She has served in that role since February 2002 and has led Quirch’s integration strategy and also has experience with both human capital and technology functions. Prior to that, Ms. Sabater was the Controller of MasTec, Inc. from 1994 to 1999 and was then appointed as its Chief Financial Officer, serving in that role until January 2002. Ms. Sabater was previously at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, as an auditor and then as a Senior Manager from 1985 to 1994. She also currently serves as the Secretary of the United Way of Miami and serves as Treasurer and chairs the Finance Committee for The Public Health Trust for Jackson Health System in Miami Dade, Florida. Ms. Sabater has a multicultural business background and is fluent in Spanish.

Raejeanne Skillern

Ms. Skillern most recently served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at AWS from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, she was President of the Communications, Enterprise & Cloud Division at Flex from 2019 to 2023. Ms. Skillern also spent 25 years at Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) from 1994 to 2019, serving in various leadership roles, including Vice President of the Data Center Group and General Manager of the Cloud Service Provider Group, where she built the company’s hyperscale data center business. Ms. Skillern currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jabil (NYSE: JBL). She previously served on the Board of Directors of Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) from 2022 to 2024. Ms. Skillern holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pepperdine University.

Richard K. Sykes

Mr. Sykes is a former Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, Inc. Mr. Sykes was a Management Consultant with McKinsey from February 1996 to his retirement in August 2017. During this period, Mr. Sykes served clients in the industrial, consumer and healthcare industries focusing on issues of enterprise transformation, strategy, operations and organization. During his career at McKinsey, Mr. Sykes served in multiple firm-level leadership roles, including as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Midwest Office, and helped to build McKinsey’s operations practice. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Sykes was a Vice President and Partner at A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. Prior to that, he held engineering and management roles in the manufacturing businesses of Eli Lilly and Company.

Laurie J. Thomsen

Ms. Thomsen served as an Executive Partner of New Profit, Inc., a venture philanthropy firm, from 2006 to 2010, and she served on its board from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2004, Ms. Thomsen was a co-founder and General Partner of Prism Venture Partners, a venture capital firm investing in healthcare and technology companies. From 1984 until 1995, Ms. Thomsen worked at the venture capital firm Harbourvest Partners in Boston, where Ms. Thomsen was a General Partner from 1988 until 1995. Ms. Thomsen was in commercial lending at U.S. Trust Company of New York from 1979 until 1984.
